五 |          　　目前，全省玉米、大豆等旱田作物秋收陆续进入收尾阶段，水稻收获正在大面积展开。目前，在栽培面积超过50万亩的水稻主产市中，鞍山、锦州、营口、辽阳水稻收获进度已过六成，沈阳、铁岭水稻收获进度超过全省平均进度，丹东、盘锦水稻收获进度低于全省平均水平。预计东南沿海的东港市、庄河市等地水稻在11月上旬进入收尾阶段。         　　为确保秋收工作顺利开展，我省农业农村部门加强与交通运输、气象、石油石化等部门沟通，强化农机作业服务保障跨部门协同推进工作机制。提前机具维修调试、调用保障、机手培训；开通高速公路绿色通道，发放跨区作业证7000个；开通省、市、县三级农机作业服务保障热线电话，实施应急值班值守，为粮食适收快收奠定了基础。                   责任编辑：刘春阳。
